WVHDF Refinance Program

The WVHDF Refinance Program is for current Fund customers and homeowners who would like to refinance thier mortgage to a lower interest rate.  The program provides:
 

  1. Competitive 10-year to 30-year fixed rate mortgages
     
  2. Generally, up to 95% financing.
     
  3. There are no Fund-issued house price or income limits for this program, but, per federal guidlines, the loan must be at or less $417,000.
